All items that are customized or made–to-order are final, non-returnable and non-refundable.
On Catalogue Items:
We will accept returns up to 14 days from the date of the receipt of your order.
The returned item must reach us within 14 days from the date of the receipt of your order.

The item to be returned is your responsibility until it reaches us.
The cost of returning the item is your responsibility.
We will not accept returns for any non-faulty items if the seal tag is removed.
If you receive an item with no seal tag, kindly notify us at customerservice@marwafawzy.com
We advise our customers to check the purchased item thoroughly upon delivery before removing the seal tags and before disposing of any original packaging.
Please note that item should be returned only in its original packaging.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
How to Return or Exchange an Item:
If you are not satisfied with your purchased item, you can return the item in its original condition within 14 days of receiving the item.
We will refund full amount (excluding delivery charges) on receiving the item.
To return an item, contact us at customerservice@marwafawzy.com with the purchase number, item code and reason for returning the item.
We will get back to you with confirmation and further instructions of the return procedure.

As we strive to serve you & insure you have a great experience; we will do our best to customize or modify your ordered items to meet your desire. In case of a return it’s important to read the “return policy “below carefully:

Time to return an item:
- We advise to check the purchased item thoroughly upon delivery before removing the seal tags and before disposing of any original packaging.
- You may ask our courier to wait for 10 minutes after first delivery; you may try purchased items. In case you are not satisfied with one of the items; you may return it with the same courier with seal tag in place & original packaging.
- We will accept returns up to 14 days from the date of the receipt of your order.
- The 14 days to return any item includes shipping time till the item reaches our facilities.
Shipping cost of a returned item:
- You may return undesired items to our booth in Point 90 mall, it may be faster & easier for you and free of charge.
- Shipping cost of a return item will be charged to your balance.
- Shipping cost of returned faulty item is free of charge.
Return conditions:
- Responsibility of the item lays within your liability between receipting it till it reaches our facilities.
- Returned non-faulty items must not be used. Don’t remove the seal tag if you may intend to return it. If prove seal tap is removed we won’t be able to accept the return.
- To be able to return an item we would need to assess if the item is not used, damaged, or protective layer is scratched.
- Assessing the item made only by one of our professionals at our facilities.
